1.  Where is Madison Executive Suites?

We are located on Madison Avenue in Temecula.  Madison Avenue is between Interstate 15 and Jefferson Avenue on the West side of the 15.  From Jefferson, turn east onto Sanborn, left on Madison, and we are on the left side of the road.  Click on the box to the right for a map and directions.

2.  Can I use my own phone?

If you choose to be in our switchboard system, we will provide equipment.  There is a nominal connection fee in addition to your Verizon phone activation fee.  You will pay for your own Verizon telephone charges, but our switchboard service is included in your rent.  If you would like your own fax machine, you will need to arrange for another phone line for that, too. We will answer your phone number with your company name.

3.  Does MES assess additional fees other than the monthly rent?

Probably not.  Other than security deposits and connection fees (telephone), you will not receive any additional charges.  You pay for your own telephone and internet service.  MES reserves the right to assess fees for copies that exceed monthly limits or for cleaning charges in the event of an unusual situation such as a  party or abuse.  But we do not usually assess maintenance or other fees.

4.  Will MES receive my packages?

We will receive packages that do not exceed reasonable limits.

5.  What is the difference between the "Independent Suites" and the "Offices with services?"  

The Independent suites are designed for stand alone companies that employ their own staff, have their own office equipment and need a bit more space.  The Offices with services are for individuals or very small businesses that just need a smaller office, but can use the conveniences of access to a conference room, reception area and even a copier or fax.

6.  Is there storage space available?

We have a limited number of cabinets that are large enough to hold an extra file cabinet or supplies.  Tenants may rent one for a small monthly fee, and they are on a first come, first served basis.
